Summary:
  
- 
   Supervise warehouse operation team, delegation of tasks, floor & inventory planning, and collaborating with logistics coordinator/customer service team, procurement, facility management, QHSE, and any controlling authority as and when required.
  
- 
   Handle 3PL warehouse operations management, inventory control & management, updating WMS-ERP System, and customer management.
  
- 
   Manage CFS operations, open yard, freight forwarding & LCL cargo consolidations.
  
- 
   Manage 2PL contracts management, invoicing, dispatching, assist credit control in solving any payment disputes, and handle any operation-related queries/complaints.
  
- 
   Responsible for QHSE-related requirements of the entire warehousing complex.
  
   Duties and Responsibilities:
  
- 
   Assigning workloads, supervising, and leading daily tasks tothe warehouse operation team.
  
- 
   Coordination between the logistics coordinator/customer service, and the customer when needed.
  
- 
   Communicating with logistics coordinator/customer service, customers to answer shipping and receiving questions, and troubleshoot problems.
  
- 
   Monitoring inventory and shipment transactions for accuracy.
  
- 
   Ensuring inventory and storage areas are clean and well-maintained.
  
- 
   Monitoring warehouse associates to ensure safety procedures are being followed when operating forklifts and other machinery.
  
- 
   Report all incidents to the Supervisor and the QHSE officer immediately.
  
- 
   Performs other duties as required.
  
- 
   Able to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks simultaneously and flexible to work for extended hours required to complete the required task.
  
   Qualification:
  
   Educational Background
  
  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
 
   Related Work Experience
  
  Minimum of 10 Years of experience in a similar role.
