Role Overview:

Orbit International Survey Services LLC is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to manage inbound courier and airfreight shipments, customs clearance, document verification, and coordination with suppliers and internal teams. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth and timely delivery of materials and maintain accurate records of all logistics activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track courier shipments, ensuring timely collection from suppliers and delivery to Dubai.
  • Verify packing lists, invoices, and authorize documents for warehouse delivery.
  • Review BILL OF ENTRY for shipments with invoice value above AED 9,000, complete customs inspections, and claim standing guarantee deposits.
  • Maintain a tracker for all inbound courier arrangements and customs inspection records.
  • Ensure all applicable documents are attested as per MOFAIC requirements.
  • Verify and validate airway bills and supporting documents.
  • Track air consignment shipments and expedite customs clearance, freight partners, and local transportation.
  • Maintain a tracker for all inbound airfreight arrangements and customs inspection records.
  • Coordinate with other logistics coordinators to facilitate courier and airfreight clearance activities.
  • Liaise with suppliers, customs, freight partners, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and compliance.


Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations.
  • Knowledge of customs clearance procedures, import/export regulations, and MOFAIC attestation process.
  • Strong organizational and tracking skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and logistics management software.
Preferred:
  • Experience in oil & gas, industrial, or engineering services logistics.
  • Familiarity with international airfreight and courier operations.
