About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and engaging Online Tutor to deliver lectures to students from multiple age groups. The tutor will be responsible for preparing and conducting one lecture per week, ensuring that the content is delivered in a clear, interactive, and effective manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver weekly online lectures to students from different age groups.
• Simplify complex study content to suit the learning levels of diverse learners.
• Use interactive teaching methods to maintain student engagement during online sessions.
• Provide guidance, answer questions, and encourage active participation.
• Monitor student progress and share feedback with management when required.
• Stay updated with relevant teaching methodologies and tools for online education.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Education Leadership & Management.
• Prior teaching/tutoring experience (online or in-person) will be an advantage.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to adapt teaching style to suit multiple age groups.
• Comfortable with using online teaching platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, MS Teams, etc.).

Work Schedule

1 lecture per week (fixed day – weekdays).

Duration: As per course/module requirement.
