Online Tutor (IT Trainer )

We are currently seeking qualified professionals to join our academic team as Online Tutors (Trainers) for the program Information Technology.

Role :

The Online Tutor (Trainer) will conduct online sessions, guide learners through coursework, assess assignments, and ensure teaching quality aligned with international IT education standards. This is a flexible, part-time contractual opportunity with per-lecture and per-assignment-based compensation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver interactive online lectures for the Information Technology program (Level 3–7).
• Evaluate and grade student assignments with detailed, constructive feedback.
• Ensure learning materials and delivery align with program outcomes and quality benchmarks.
• Maintain accurate academic records including attendance, progress, and performance.
• Provide academic support and mentorship to learners throughout the course.
• Attend periodic academic coordination or faculty development sessions as needed.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education:
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (16 years of education) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Master’s degree (18 years of education) such as MS (IT), MSc (Computer Science), MBA (Information Systems), or equivalent preferred.
• Experience:
• Minimum 2–3 years of teaching, training Experience in the field of Information Technology.
• Prior experience in online education or international diploma programs will be an added advantage.
• Skills Required:
• Proficient in IT concepts, systems, and emerging technologies.
• Strong online teaching and presentation skills.
• Comfortable using virtual learning tools (Zoom, Google Meet, MS Teams, etc.).
• Effective assessment and feedback delivery abilities.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.

Contract & Compensation Details:

• Duration: 6 Months (Contractual, renewable)
• Type: Part-Time / Remote
• Per Lecture Fee (as per approved scale)
• Per Assignment Evaluation Fee
• Work Hours: Flexible (scheduled per session timetable)
