Role : Technical Business Analyst with strong Identity & Access Management (IAM)

Location : Chicago, IL or Arizona

VISA ; Independent consultants – W2

We’re looking for a Technical Business Analyst with strong Identity & Access Management (IAM) experience to support a major enterprise IAM program. This role is 70–80% technical BA work and 20–30% project coordination.
Responsibilities
Translate IAM/security requirements into user stories, specs, and deliverables
Work closely with IAM, security, cloud, and application teams
Coordinate cross-team dependencies and timelines
Support dashboard and reporting needs (SQL / Power BI)

Required Experience

• 6–8+ years as a Technical BA in Information Security
• Hands-on or strong functional IAM project background
• Experience with SailPoint, Saviynt, or Okta (preferred)
• SQL (basic/intermediate) and Power BI or similar dashboard tools
• Familiarity with Azure Cloud and Agile delivery (ADO, Jira, etc.)

Nice-to-Have

• Cybersecurity or cloud certifications (e.g., Azure, CCSP)
• Basic Python knowledge

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $46.35 - $55.81 per hour
