Onsite Manager

Position Summary

GotWorx Staffing is seeking a Bilingual Onsite Manager to oversee and support all temporary associates assigned to a client location in Durham, NC. This individual will serve as the primary on-site point of contact, responsible for recruitment, new-hire orientations, employee relations, HR coordination, and payroll accuracy.

The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, bilingual (English/Spanish), and experienced in staffing, warehouse, or light industrial environments. This is a hands-on role requiring strong people skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities

Onsite Operations & Employee Support

• Serve as the main on-site representative for GotWorx Staffing.
• Manage daily attendance, associate check-ins, and employee concerns.
• Maintain a visible and supportive presence on the production floor.

Recruitment & Onboarding

• Recruit, screen, and place qualified associates as needed.
• Conduct new-hire orientations and explain job expectations, policies, and safety procedures.
• Coordinate start dates, schedules, and shift coverage.

· Maintain an active pool of ready to work candidates through on-going recruitment efforts.

HR Coordination

• Act as the liaison between associates, client management, and GotWorx HR.
• Assist with employee relations issues, performance feedback, and corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements.

Payroll & Timekeeping

• Collect, review, and submit accurate timesheets.
• Track hours, overtime, and attendance discrepancies.
• Coordinate payroll corrections and communicate with the payroll team as needed.

Compliance & Documentation

• Maintain employee files and required documentation.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and workplace procedures.

Support audits and reporting requirements when necessary

Pay: $48,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
