Job Title: OPD Assistant – Eye Clinic

Experience: 0–3 Year

Location: Near Irani Cafe, Wakad, Pune

Job Summary:

We are hiring a motivated and patient-friendly OPD Assistant to support day-to-day outpatient services in a reputed eye clinic. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates looking to build a career in the healthcare or ophthalmology field. The candidate will assist the doctor in patient flow management, record keeping, and basic eye check-up support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist patients in the OPD area
  • Coordinate patient registration, history collection, and appointment scheduling
  • Support the doctor during eye check-ups and OPD procedures
  • Maintain patient records, reports, and follow-up data
  • Guide patients regarding medications, investigations, and next visits
  • Ensure cleanliness and orderliness in the OPD area
  • Manage basic instruments and equipment required for OPD use

Required Skills:

  • Basic understanding of outpatient processes in a clinic/hospital
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Polite, organized, and patient-focused approach
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry)
  • Willingness to learn ophthalmic terms and tools

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,838.17 - ₹20,209.04 per month
