About the Role

As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will ensure smooth patient flow, excellent service, and efficient coordination between patients, doctors, and staff.

Key Responsibilities

Service Excellence

• Ensure timely service and patient satisfaction
• Collect feedback and reviews
• Keep OPD areas ready and assist with billing
• Guide patients on follow-ups

Conversions - Tracking surgical and service conversions

People Coordination - Work closely with doctors and OPD staff

Other Duties

• Follow quality and safety standards
• Maintain documentation and reports
• Join training and improvement initiatives

Eligibility

• Graduate (preferred: Healthcare/Business)
• 1–3 years in hospital/OPD coordination/Floor coordination
• Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving
• Comfortable with hospital systems and MS Office
