Job Title: OPD & Radiology Incharge – Front Office
Location: Horizon Prime Hospital, Patlipada, Ghodbunder Road, Thane West – 400607
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Role Overview:
The OPD & Radiology Incharge at the front office will manage daily operations of the OPD and radiology departments, ensuring smooth patient flow, accurate billing, and excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise front office operations for OPD and radiology.
• Manage patient registrations, appointments, and queries efficiently.
• Oversee billing processes for OPD and radiology services.
• Coordinate with doctors, radiology technicians, and other staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain proper documentation, records, and reporting for both OPD and radiology.
• Monitor staff performance and ensure adherence to hospital policies and patient care standards.
• Resolve patient complaints and provide excellent customer service.

Skills & Qualifications:

• OPD Supervisor / Team Leader or relevant experience with a minimum of 2 years in hospital front office, OPD, or radiology operations.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of hospital billing systems and OPD procedures.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and ensure smooth departmental workflow.
• Candidates residing near Thane preferred.
