Job Description

OPD Receptionist manages patient appointments, registration, and front desk operations, ensuring smooth outpatient services, accurate records, professional communication, and exceptional patient experience in healthcare facilities daily.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet patients and visitors professionally
  • Schedule appointments and manage booking systems
  • Maintain accurate patient registration records
  • Coordinate with doctors and nursing staff
  • Handle billing inquiries and payment processing
  • Answer calls and provide information promptly
  • Ensure waiting area cleanliness and comfort
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient information.

Skill & Experience

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in healthcare management software
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
