Open Finance BA:

Virtusa is looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst Open Banking to join our Banking and Financial Services practice. The role will support our global banking clients in defining, shaping, and delivering Open Banking and API-led transformation programs across digital channels, core banking integration, and regulatory compliance initiatives.

8 to 10 years of overall experience with at least 4 to 5 years as a Business Analyst in the Banking or Financial Services domain. Minimum 2 to 3 years in Open Banking or API programs, either regulatory or platform-led. Strong knowledge of Open Banking frameworks such as UK OBIE, EU PSD2 or PSD3, or regional standards like MENA, Australia CDR, Singapore SGFinDex. Demonstrated experience in defining and managing API specifications, business rules, and integration requirements. Solid understanding of banking products and processes including payments, customer onboarding, accounts, and transaction data. Familiarity with API management platforms such as Apigee, MuleSoft, or WSO2 and API testing tools like Postman and Swagger. Experience working with offshore delivery models and global client stakeholders. Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
