Key Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets using Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, macros, complex formulas)
• Develop and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and performance trackers
• Gather business requirements from stakeholders outside the Product function
• Identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities through data analysis
• Support operational, financial, and strategic decision-making
• Automate recurring reports and data processes using Excel and related tools
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, IT, and Leadership teams
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reports
• Document business processes and analytical findings

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or related field
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, MIS Analyst, or Data Analyst
• Expert-level proficiency in Advanced Excel
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience working with large datasets and complex reporting requirements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
