Are you an Open Water SCUBA Diver looking for an exciting entry-level opportunity to work in an animal facility? Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine SCUBA dives in aquarium exhibits to clean tanks, maintain equipment, and ensure the overall health of the aquatic environment.
• Assist in cleaning viewing windows, scrubbing tank floors, ensuring displays are visually appealing.
• Monitor the health and behavior of crocodiles during dives, reporting any concerns to the animal care team.
• Support basic maintenance of life support systems (filtration, pumps, etc.), with training provided.
• Collaborate with the animal care and husbandry teams on routine maintenance tasks and underwater observations.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself, your team, and the animals.

Qualifications:

• Open Water SCUBA Certification (PADI, NAUI, or equivalent).
• Passion for crocodiles and willingness to work in a hands-on, environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• A team player with excellent communication skills.
• Prior knowledge or experience in life support systems or animal care is preferred but not required.
