Seeking an experienced hospitality professional to join the project team during the preparation phase and lead operations once the venue opens.
The selected candidate will contribute to shaping the operational framework of the venue and ensuring a strong foundation for a successful launch. The role will involve coordinating operational planning, supporting team structure development, and helping establish service standards aligned with a premium lifestyle concept.
Responsibilities include:
• Contributing to operational planning and preparation prior to opening
• Assisting in developing procedures and service standards
• Supporting recruitment planning and team organization
• Contributing to guest journey planning and service flow
• Supporting development of events programming and activation ideas
• Providing input on pricing strategy and commercial positioning
• Helping ensure consistent service quality and operational efficiency
• Supporting positioning of the venue within the premium lifestyle segment
Candidate profile:
• Experience working in beach clubs, lounges, restaurants, or lifestyle-driven hospitality concepts
• Experience participating in venue openings is an advantage
• Exposure to hospitality groups, nightlife operators, or entertainment-driven concepts is beneficial
• Strong understanding of service standards expected in premium venues
• Experience supervising teams and coordinating daily operations
• Commercial awareness and understanding of revenue drivers
• Experience contributing to events or guest programming is a plus
• Experience in GCC hospitality market preferred
