Operations Manager

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to oversee and streamline our growing restaurant business. You will play a key role in optimizing inventory, controlling costs, and managing labor, while supporting the expansion of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple restaurant locations.
  • Manage inventory, track stock levels, and optimize ordering processes.
  • Monitor and control cost of goods sold (COGS) and labor costs.
  • Ensure all restaurants maintain company standards and operational procedures.
  • Analyzed performance metrics and implement improvements.
  • Support hiring, training, and staff development.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food regulations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in restaurant operations management.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management, COGS, and labor cost control.
  • Ability to manage multiple stores efficiently.
  • Fluent in Arabic (must).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From BD700.000 per month
