وصف الوظيفة | Job Description:
تبحث الشركة عن مشرف عمليات للإشراف على سير العمل اليومي، وتنظيم المهام، ومتابعة أداء الفريق، وضمان تنفيذ العمليات بكفاءة وسلاسة، مع القدرة على التواصل باللغة الإنجليزية.

We are looking for an Operations Supervisor to oversee daily workflow, organize tasks, monitor team performance, and ensure smooth and efficient operations, with the ability to communicate effectively in English.

المهام الوظيفية | Job Responsibilities:

• متابعة حركة السيارات والسائقين بشكل يومي ودقيق.
• متابعة سير العمليات اليومية والتأكد من تنفيذ المهام المطلوبة.
• التنسيق مع الموظفين والأقسام المختلفة لضمان كفاءة العمل.
• إعداد التقارير اليومية ومتابعة الأداء.
• حل المشكلات التشغيلية ومتابعة سير العمل.
• تنظيم جدول العمل وضمان الالتزام بالإجراءات.
• Monitor daily vehicle movements and drivers accurately.
• Follow up on daily operations and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
• Coordinate with employees and different departments to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Prepare daily reports and monitor performance.
• Resolve operational issues and track workflow progress.
• Organize work schedules and ensure compliance with procedures.

المتطلبات | Requirements:

• إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية قراءة وكتابة وتحدثًا.
• مهارات تنظيمية ومتابعة قوية.
• مهارات تواصل جيدة.
• القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط.
• خبرة سابقة في مجال العمليات أو الإشراف تعتبر ميزة.
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Previous experience in operations or supervision is a plus.
