Operation Analyst

We are looking for an Operation Analyst for our global business partner, which operates in the chemical trading sector.

Key Responsibilities

Issue sales orders and purchase orders,

Provide excellent customer service,

Manage documentation related to the shipments and delivery (B/L, transport documents, certificate of origin),

Maintain accurate data in ERP system as per company policy,

Manage and coordinate import, export, and domestic transportation activities for bulk chemical operations. Look for ways to improve processes, maximize performance, and reduce costs,

Plan and execute transit shipments, ensuring smooth coordination between suppliers, terminals, and logistics partners,

Oversee tank inventory and stock management, including product movements, reconciliations, and monthly reporting,

Coordinate with various departments internally to understand sale and logistics related to individual trades,

Communicate shipment detail with local and international teams,

Develop and manage relationships with suppliers, customers, and service providers to ensure an effective execution of logistics operations.

Qualifications

Degree or higher in Economics, Supply Chain, or related business field or equivalent working experience,

Proficient in Microsoft Excel,

Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required,

Experience working in an ERP system,

2+ years' experience in bulk chemical operations or physical commodity movements,

Knowledge of Incoterms, Import/Export Procedures & Documents Experience in the operations and domestic road transportation of liquid chemicals,

Proven experience in Inventory/Stock Management.
