New Opportunity : Operation Analyst Developer

We are expanding our Operations Team! We’re looking for a dynamic teammate who will take an active role in both analysis and development.

Responsibilities:

Analyze incoming requests like a Business Analyst

Develop simple solutions using MS SQL & C#/.NET

Debug, perform root-cause analysis, and provide sustainable fixes

Run test and validation processes with users

Communicate clearly and document processes properly

What we’re looking for:

✅ Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

✅ Hands-on experience with MS SQL / T-SQL

✅ Solid knowledge of C#/.NET (OOP, LINQ; REST API experience is a plus)

✅ Ability to understand business processes and software systems

✅ Excellent English communication skills (all customers are global)

✅ Experience with Manual Testing, preferably Automated Testing

✅ 3+ years of experience in software development or business analysis

(Plus: Azure DevOps, CI/CD experience)
