Job Title: Operations Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Assistant to support our factory’s daily operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing quotations, managing material movement, coordinating with vendors, and assisting the manufacturing team to ensure smooth workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and issue customer quotations in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Handle sending and receiving of raw materials, finished goods, and other items.
  • Prepare delivery notes, invoices, and other relevant documentation.
  • Arrange and process Local Purchase Orders (LPOs) to vendors.
  • Coordinate with the manufacturing team to ensure operational needs are met.
  • Maintain records of inventory, deliveries, and procurement activities.
  • Assist in day-to-day administrative and operational tasks as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred).
  • Prior experience in operations, logistics, or factory support role is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
