Operation Associate

Mumbai, India

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the execution and optimization of daily operational processes.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (analysts, BDs, Finance, Tech) to ensure seamless workflow.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas of improvement.
  • Maintain operational documentation, SOPs, and process workflows.
  • Support project implementation and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Prepare operational reports and present insights to management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in operations, business support, or process management (freshers with strong internships may also apply).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets expertise preferred).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
