We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Associate to serve as the critical operational backbone for our tuition centers in Nandappuram. This permanent, full-time role is essential for ensuring the administrative efficiency, seamless logistics, and smooth daily functioning of all academic and center activities.
The ideal candidate excels in a fast-paced environment, possesses an unwavering eye for detail, and can successfully manage a diverse set of responsibilities to guarantee an excellent experience for students, parents, and faculty alike.
Key Areas of Responsibility
This role is comprehensive, involving four core functional areas crucial for the center's smooth execution:
I. Centre Administration & Logistics
- Daily Management: Oversee and support all day-to-day operations to maintain the center's smooth functionality.
- Inventory Control: Manage the procurement and inventory of all study materials, stationery, and operational supplies, meticulously tracking usage to prevent any shortages.
- Record-Keeping: Accurately maintain and organize all administrative files, records, and documentation for easy access and institutional compliance.
- Facilities Support: Monitor the efficient use of utilities and assist in the resolution of minor infrastructure and maintenance issues to keep classrooms fully operational.
II. Academic & Faculty Support
- Material Coordination: Provide vital support to faculty in the preparation, printing, scanning, and distribution of instructional study materials to students.
- Classroom Readiness: Assist with timetable coordination, ensuring classrooms are prepared, and managing the allocation of academic resources.
- Event Logistics: Offer logistical planning and support for all faculty meetings, student workshops, events, and academic seminars.
III. Examination and Compliance
- Test Administration: Provide end-to-end operational support for all tests and examinations, including organizing seating, distributing materials, and ensuring smooth, supervised execution.
- Reporting: Prepare and compile necessary operational reports, official communications, and presentations for management review.
- Standards Assurance: Guarantee that all administrative processes, especially document handling, adhere strictly to institutional standards and compliance requirements.
IV. Student Onboarding & Communication
- Admissions Support: Assist with the student enrollment process, focusing on the accurate collection, verification, and filing of all necessary documents.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as a key point of contact for coordinating with students and parents to ensure a seamless and positive onboarding experience.
Qualifications and Skills Profile
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Experience: 1–3 years of professional experience in an operations, administration, or academic support role is a significant advantage.
- Technical Proficiency: Competence in the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
