Job Purpose:
Coordinates process improvement activities and monitors performance metrics to drive efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement across operational functions.
Principal Accountabilities:
Policies, Processes & Procedures

Adhere to organizational policies and procedures to ensure compliance and maintain a productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in implementing operational excellence frameworks and continuous improvement programs.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Facilitate process mapping, documentation, and standardization across departments.

Support Lean, Six Sigma, and other improvement methodologies under the guidance of the Operational Excellence Manager.

Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute improvement projects and resolve operational challenges.

Assist in conducting training sessions and workshops related to process excellence and operational best practices.

Maintain records of improvement initiatives, performance trends, and related documentation.

Prepare reports on process efficiency, cost reduction, and service quality.

Maintain and update process maps, SOPs, and improvement documentation.
Miscellaneous Duties

Perform additional tasks as needed to support the team and overall business objectives.
Required Academic Qualification:
-
Degree: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering.
Other Requirements:

Total experience of 5–7 years, including 3–5 years in process management or improvement roles.

Preferred certification in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, ARIS) and performance dashboard systems.
