Position Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination between patients and homecare nurses, ensuring smooth scheduling, communication, and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Coordination:
• Act as the first point of contact for patients and their families regarding care schedules and service updates.
• Collect patient requirements and ensure accurate documentation.
• Address patient queries and resolve issues promptly.
• Nurse Scheduling & Support:
• Assign and coordinate homecare nurses based on availability, skill set, and patient requirements.
• Track shift timings, availability, and ensure timely deployment of nursing staff.
• Manage last-minute changes, replacements, or escalations in coordination with the clinical team.
• Operational Oversight:
• Maintain real-time tracking of active patients and ongoing care schedules.
• Work closely with the clinical and administrative teams to ensure service quality and compliance.
• Update records and databases accurately and regularly.
• Communication & Reporting:
• Provide daily status reports to the Operations Manager.
• Maintain clear and professional communication across all stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (BA, BSC, BBA, Fresher can also apply)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
