Operation Executive

• Search and evaluate new products from suppliers.
• Make inquiries and collect accurate quotations from vendors.
• Verify all product specifications, quantity, and pricing.
• Maintain and update product/order databases.
• Track delivery timelines and follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time shipments.
• Send and verify correct shipping marks.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, suppliers, and shipments.
• Support continuous improvement in operations efficiency.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in operations, procurement, or supply chain management (preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and database management.
• Good communication and negotiation skills for supplier coordination.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
