Export Operations Executive (Air & Ocean Export)

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter invoice and cargo details into the in-house operational software TMF.
• Record and acknowledge vendor invoice costs in TMF.
• Update and maintain flight booking details or cargo ship booking details in TMF.
• Enter product descriptions along with relevant HSN codes in TMF.
• Review, verify, and ensure correctness of entries; make necessary corrections in case of errors.
• Maintain proper records of export-related documentation in compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth flow of export operations.

TMF is the inhouse software for mantaining operational transactions
