Operation Executive

· Responsible for all operational activities of the CHB Department.

· To ensure proper customs clearance Operations with 100 % Compliance.

· Providing clients with spontaneous status updates of their shipments.

· Cost Effectiveness 100%. Overall supervision of Operations and customs activities

· Take care from the beginning of GD filling till submission of billing to the customers.

· To supervise all shipments both by air & sea.

· Responsible for running smooth CHB activities

· 100% compliance with all applicable HSE instructions/policies and business ethics requirements defined in the code of conduct.

· Responsible for checking and reviewing documents submitted in customs.

· Monitoring / observing daily operational activities, Monitoring of Daily SOP’s and SOP Status sheets with coordination with relevant stakeholders.

· Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with all departments.

· To Ensure adherence to given policies and procedures as per the Celerity Policies
