Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inventory planning and stock management.
  • Place purchase orders with suppliers for required materials.
  • Process and manage sales orders.
  • Dispatch materials and ensure timely delivery to customers.
  • Coordinate with customers for orders and payment follow-ups.
  • Manage documentation and other back-office operational activities.
  • Prepare and maintain MIS reports.

Candidate Profile :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or back-office coordination (preferred).
  • Good knowledge of inventory management, dispatch processes, and documentation.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
  • A proactive and detail-oriented approach to work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
