About the Role:

Job Role Main

(Duties on which candidate will spend more than 70% of her time):

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Operations Executive.
  • Assist in coordinating activities across departments to ensure workflow efficiency.
  • Support task tracking, follow-ups, and deadline monitoring.
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and operational reports.
  • Support scheduling, meeting coordination, and follow-up actions.
  • Assist in process documentation and operational compliance requirements.
  • Monitor task progress and escalate delays or issues when necessary.
  • Assist in maintaining organized data, trackers, and reporting systems.
  • Provide general operational support to ensure smooth daily business operations.
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling operational information.

Job Role Secondary:

(Duties on which candidates will spend less than 30%
time):

  • Support hiring coordination and administrative onboarding processes.
  • Assist in preparing internal operational reports and presentations.
  • Coordinate with departments to collect required information and updates.
  • Support process improvement initiatives and documentation updates
  • Provide backup support for administrative and coordination tasks when required

Other Details:

  • Experience:2-3 years
  • Working Days: Monday to Saturday
  • Working Timings: 3 pm to 12 am ( 3 to 9 WFO & 9 to 12 WFH)
  • Location: DHA Phase 6, Karachi
