Dr. Aravind’s IVF Fertility Centre is a leading healthcare facility in Coimbatore, dedicated to providing advanced reproductive and fertility solutions with compassion, confidentiality, and care. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Hospital Administrator to oversee operations and ensure smooth functioning of the centre.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the fertility centre, ensuring efficiency and patient satisfaction.
  • Manage hospital staff, including doctors, nurses, lab technicians, and support staff, fostering a collaborative and professional work environment.
  • Coordinate patient services, appointments, admissions, and discharge procedures for seamless patient experience.
  • Monitor compliance with healthcare regulations, medical ethics, and hospital policies.
  • Handle budgeting, financial planning, and cost control measures to ensure operational sustainability.
  • Oversee procurement and inventory management of medical supplies, equipment, and consumables.
  • Support the medical director and clinical team in implementing quality improvement initiatives.
  • Manage facility maintenance, safety protocols, and cleanliness standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient engagement, retention, and overall satisfaction.
  • Liaise with external agencies, vendors, and government bodies as required.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hospital Administration / Healthcare Management / Business Administration (preferred).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hospital or clinic administration, preferably in IVF, fertility, or specialty care centres.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in hospital management systems (HMS) and MS Office tools.
  • Knowledge of healthcare compliance, NABH standards, and medical record management.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil.
  • Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and make decisions under pressure.
