Job Summary

We are looking for a visionary and results-driven Head – Operations to lead and oversee the complete operational framework of our Gold & Diamond Jewelry business. This senior leadership role requires a strong background in jewelry manufacturing, supply chain optimization, and operational strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving efficiency, innovation, and excellence across all operational verticals, ensuring seamless production, quality assurance, and timely market delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the entire operations ecosystem – from raw material sourcing (gold, diamonds, and precious stones) to production, logistics, and distribution.
• Define, implement, and monitor long-term operational strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Oversee and optimize manufacturing processes, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and compliance standards.
• Build and manage strong vendor, supplier, and logistic partnerships to ensure cost-effective and timely procurement.
• Establish and monitor KPIs & performance metrics for production efficiency, quality, and supply chain performance.
• Drive digital transformation by implementing ERP, MIS, and advanced inventory systems for real-time operational visibility.
• Oversee budgeting, cost optimization, and financial forecasting related to operational activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional heads (Design, Sales, Marketing, and Finance) for smoother workflow integration.
• Champion ethical sourcing, sustainability practices, and industry compliance in operations.
• Build, mentor, and guide the operations team to achieve excellence and leadership in the industry.
• Continuously benchmark against industry best practices to ensure competitiveness and innovation.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 08+ years of proven leadership experience in operations, with minimum 5+ years in the Gold & Diamond Jewelry industry.
• Strong expertise in jewelry manufacturing, supply chain management, vendor negotiations, and compliance standards.
• Demonstrated track record of scaling operations and driving process excellence in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, inventory management software, and operational analytics tools.
