Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Operations Head to oversee and streamline the overall operations of our retail store in Zirakpur. The role involves managing end-to-end store operations, warehouse coordination, process optimization, and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning while driving efficiency and profitability.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Oversee daily retail and warehouse operations to ensure seamless workflow and service delivery.

Manage store performance, ensuring operational targets and service standards are met.

Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, sales, and logistics teams for smooth stock flow and replenishment.

Implement and monitor SOPs to improve operational efficiency and reduce errors.

Handle manpower planning, staff supervision, and performance monitoring across operations.

Ensure inventory accuracy through audits, stock checks, and process reviews.

Control operational costs and contribute to improving profit margins.

Resolve operational challenges and ensure minimal disruptions to store activities.

Prepare and analyze operational reports for management review.

Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and company policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

6–7 years of experience in retail operations management.

Strong understanding of retail workflows, inventory control, and supply chain coordination.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in MS Excel and basic ERP / inventory systems.

Preferred Profile

Experience in managing multi-department retail operations.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
