Qualification : BE EEE/ECE

Experience : 10 to 15 years from EMS or any electronic industry as Overall Operation control

Core responsibilities

· Strategy and planning:

Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company's goals and create policies to support them.

· Process optimization:

Analyze and improve operational systems, processes, and workflows to increase efficiency, productivity, and profitability of all the regular and New products

· Budget management:

Oversee and monitor company and departmental budgets, aiming to reduce expenses and increase cost-effectiveness.

· Staff and team management:

Manage employees, handle scheduling, conduct training, and work to boost employee engagement and professional growth.

· Quality and compliance:

Ensure that products and services meet quality standards and that the company complies with relevant regulations.

· Supply chain and logistics:

Manage inventory, identify supply chain issues, and design solutions to streamline logistics and delivery.

· Customer service:

Oversee customer service operations to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

· Performance reporting:

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
