Position Overview

The Operations Coordinator / Lead will act as the central link between all business functions, ensuring seamless execution of the company’s end-to-end operations. This role is designed to take ownership of the entire business cycle — from sales support, order management, design coordination, production planning, procurement, quality assurance, to final dispatch and delivery.

The purpose of this position is not only to manage daily operational tasks but also to strategically align resources, people, and processes with the company’s growth objectives. The role requires ensuring that every client order is fulfilled with precision, within agreed timelines, and in strict compliance with the company’s quality standards.

Beyond internal operations, the Operations Coordinator / Lead will also represent the company in local and international exhibitions, trade shows, and client meetings, serving as a brand ambassador to strengthen market presence and build long-term client relationships.By combining operational management, business development support, and team leadership, this role aims to deliver both operational excellence and business growth.

Key Responsibilities1. Operations Management

  • Manage the complete operations cycle from order intake to delivery.
  • Oversee daily workflows across design, production, and logistics.
  • Implement process improvements for efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality.
  • Ensure all flight cases are manufactured in compliance with company standards and client requirements.

2. Sales & Business Support

  • Support the sales team with technical and operational inputs during client interactions.
  • Ensure smooth handover of sales orders to design and production.
  • Coordinate with clients on project timelines, technical queries, and delivery updates.
  • Assist in preparing sales proposals, costing, and quotations where required.

3. Design & Production Supervision

  • Liaise with the design team to ensure client specifications are translated accurately into CAD/CAM outputs.
  • Oversee production planning, resource allocation, and scheduling.
  • Monitor production efficiency, ensure timelines are met, and troubleshoot any operational bottlenecks.

4. Procurement & Resource Management

  • Manage procurement of raw materials, tools, and hardware in alignment with project requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure timely supply and cost optimization.
  • Monitor inventory levels and introduce systems to reduce waste and downtime.

5. Quality Control & Standards

  • Closely work with QC team and provide inputs for quality check .
  • Ensure that every product meets quality standards before dispatch.
  • Conduct regular audits of processes to maintain operational excellence.
  • Implement continuous improvement measures for quality assurance.

6. Business Representation & Exhibitions

  • Represent the company at industry exhibitions, trade shows, and client meetings locally and abroad.
  • Prepare presentations, product displays, and demos for exhibitions.
  • Network with potential clients, suppliers, and partners to expand business opportunities.

7. Team Leadership & Coordination

  • Lead, motivate, and coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
  • Provide training and mentoring to enhance skills within the team.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, communication, and teamwork.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in operations, preferably within manufacturing (flight case or related industries is a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, procurement, logistics, and sales operations.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Office, and familiarity with CAD/CAM-based workflows.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.
  • Ability to travel internationally for exhibitions and business representation.
  • Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • UAE Driving License mandatory .
