OPERATION & MAINTENANCE MANAGER

Role Overview:

Responsible for overseeing the safe, efficient, and compliant operation and maintenance of water Networks , sewage pumping stations, TSE facilities, and associated infrastructure, ensuring performance KPIs and regulatory standards are met.

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Environmental Engineering
• Minimum 15–20 years of experience in O&M of water/wastewater treatment facilities, including pumping stations and TSE reuse systems
• Strong technical knowledge of Networks , SCADA/control systems, MEICA equipment, and rotating machinery
• Experience in developing and implementing Preventive Maintenance Management Systems (PMMS) and asset management strategies
• Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations relevant to water infrastructure
• Knowledge of relevant standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 55001) is an advantage
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
