We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our delivery company. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth logistics, efficient delivery processes, and effective team management to achieve high customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

• Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of delivery services, including route planning, scheduling, and fleet management.

Supervise drivers, dispatchers, and support staff to ensure smooth workflow.

Monitor delivery performance, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Implement cost- effective strategies to optimize resources and reduce operational expenses.

Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and local regulations.

Track KPIs, prepare reports, and provide insights for process improvement.

Resolve operational challenges and handle escalated issues promptly.

• Requirements

Proven experience as an Operations Manager, preferably in logistics, courier, or delivery services.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent problem- solving and decision- making abilities.

Strong knowledge of logistics, fleet management, and route optimization.

Proficiency in MS Office and logistics/delivery management software.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
