Operation Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Management:

- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.

- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices.

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies as needed.

- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.

2. Team Leadership & Development:

- Supervise, mentor, and train staff to enhance performance and productivity.

- Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork.

- Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

3. Process Improvement:

- Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements.

- Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies to enhance operations.

- Streamline workflows to reduce costs and increase efficiency.

4. Budgeting & Resource Management:

- Assist in budget planning and cost-control measures.

- Optimize resource allocation (personnel, equipment, materials).

- Monitor expenses and implement cost-saving initiatives.

5. Cross-Functional Coordination:

- Collaborate with departments such as HR, Finance, Sales, and Supply Chain.

- Ensure alignment between operational activities and company objectives.

- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and external partners.

6. Quality Assurance & Risk Management:

- Maintain high-quality standards and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Identify operational risks and develop mitigation strategies.

- Implement safety protocols and ensure a secure work environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

-Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (MBA preferred).

-Experience: 3+ years in operations management or a similar leadership role.

-Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), MS Office, and data analysis tools.

-Soft Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and decision-making abilities.

- Certifications (Preferred): PMP, Six Sigma, Lean Management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
