Operation Manager

Malayattur, India

The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day non-clinical operations of the hospital, ensuring smooth coordination across departments, and maintaining high standards of patient care, hospitality, and facility management. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills to ensure the hospital functions efficiently, while meeting all regulatory, safety, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Hospital Operations & Facility Management

· Ensure hygiene and sanitation standards are strictly maintained across all hospital areas.

· Manage and supervise patient room bookings, allocation, and occupancy.

· Conduct regular inspections for room quality and readiness.

· Coordinate facility beautification and upkeep of hospital infrastructure.

· Oversee maintenance and support construction/renovation projects, ensuring timely execution.

· Ensure proper functioning of security systems and implement patient safety measures.

· Coordinate effectively with the marketing team to ensure seamless execution of promotional activities.

Patient Experience & Hospitality

· Monitor food and beverage quality, taste, and safety standards.

· Develop premium stay add-on services for patients opting for upgraded packages.

· Assure patient comfort and smooth hospitality services during hospital stay.

Departmental Coordination

· Act as a connecting link between doctors, pharmacists, administrative staff, and other departments.

· Ensure smooth internal communication and conflict resolution.

· HR works, including recruitment, training, and performance supervision.

· Supervise treatment room readiness and operational efficiency.

· Coordinating and facilitating departmental meetings.

Compliance & Certifications

· Handle certificate/license renewals with local authorities and ensure regulatory compliance.

· Monitor adherence to legal, accreditation, and safety requirements.

Education & Experience

· Master of Business Administration or B-Tech

· Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in ayurveda resort management.

· Language proficiency- English,Hindi,Malayalam

Skills & Competencies

· Excellent leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage cross-functional teams.

· Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

· Ability to handle emergencies and make quick, effective decisions.

· Proficiency in MS Office, hospital management software, and reporting tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
