Operation Manager

The Operation Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of parking facilities to ensure efficient service, customer satisfaction, and compliance with company standards. This role involves supervising staff, monitoring parking capacity, managing revenue collection, and maintaining safety and security within the facilities.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, or related field (preferred).
  • 3–5 years of experience in parking management, facilities management, or operations.
  • Strong leadership and staff management skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Knowledge of parking systems, revenue control, and safety regulations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and parking management software.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of parking facilities, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
  • Supervise, train, and schedule parking attendants and support staff.
  • Monitor occupancy levels, space allocation, and traffic flow to optimize usage.
  • Ensure accurate revenue collection, reporting, and reconciliation of parking fees.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, local regulations, and safety standards.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner.
  • Implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
  • Conduct regular inspections of parking areas to ensure cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
  • Analyze operational performance and prepare reports for management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
