Operation Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic & Operational Management:
    Develop, implement, and monitor operational strategies and policies to enhance efficiency and productivity across all departments.
    Oversee the entire project lifecycle from planning and development to handover, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
    Analyze data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement continuous improvement frameworks.
    Manage resources, including human capital, technology, and finances, to maximize output and profitability.
  • Financial & Budgetary Oversight:
    Prepare and manage operational budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-control measures.
    Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting, billing, and payment processes.
    Negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to secure favorable terms and ensure service quality.
  • Team Leadership & Coordination:
    Lead, mentor, and manage various teams, including sales, property management, administration, and support staff.
    Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
    Serve as a central point of communication, ensuring seamless coordination between departments and with external stakeholders.
  • Compliance & Risk Management:
    Ensure all company operations comply with local real estate laws, regulations, and industry standards in Dubai and the UAE.
    Implement quality assurance protocols and risk management strategies to mitigate potential issues and protect the company's reputation.
    Oversee customer service protocols to ensure high client satisfaction and effective issue resolution.
