Job Title: Operations Manager
Position Summary
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the business to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency. This role involves optimizing processes, managing budgets, overseeing supply chains, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You will be the bridge between various departments, ensuring that strategic goals are translated into operational reality.
Key Responsibilities
Process Optimization : Analyze current business processes and implement "lean" workflows to reduce waste and improve output.
Financial Oversight: Manage operational budgets, monitor expenses, and identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality.
Supply Chain & Logistics: Oversee procurement, inventory management, and relationships with external vendors to ensure a seamless flow of goods/services.
Team Leadership : Lead and mentor department heads or floor supervisors; manage staffing levels, performance reviews, and training.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure the organization operates in accordance with industry regulations, health and safety standards, and legal requirements.
Strategic Planning: Assist executive leadership in long-term planning and the implementation of new technology or organizational structures.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
