Roles & Responsibilities :

Manage daily business operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
Analyze operational processes and implement improvements to streamline procedures and reduce inefficiencies.
Supervise, train, and develop team members, ensuring that the operations department meets or exceeds performance standards.
Develop and manage operational budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation and cost control.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports on operational performance for senior management.
Address and resolve operational issues and challenges as they arise.
Contribute to the development of long-term operational strategies to support the organization’s growth and objectives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
