Operation Manager

  • Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure seamless service delivery across all departments.
  • Monitor and evaluate operational performance, implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with department heads to ensure alignment with the hotel's goals and standards.
  • Develop and enforce policies and procedures to maintain a consistent five-stars guest experience.
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively, ensuring cost control while maintaining quality standards.
  • Address and resolve guest complaints and operational challenges promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
  • At least5 years of experience in an operations management role within a five stars hotel or luxury hospitality environment.
  • Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in hotel management systems and operational tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
