Operation Manager Logistic Male

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervising logistics operations:This involves managing the entire order cycle, from receiving and storing materials to shipping and delivery, while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Inventory management:Maintaining accurate records of stock levels, coordinating with suppliers, and optimizing storage to minimize waste and ensure product availability.
• Transportation management:Overseeing vehicle routes, delivery schedules, and transportation costs, while also managing relationships with freight forwarders and carriers.
• Warehouse management:Ensuring the proper storage, organization, and security of goods within the warehouse, including implementing safety programs and conducting quality checks.
• Customer service:Addressing customer inquiries and complaints related to logistics, providing solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Performance monitoring and improvement:Analyzing logistics data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
• Team management:Supervising and motivating the logistics team, allocating resources effectively, and fostering a positive work environment.
• Supplier and customer relations:Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and customers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring smooth communication.
• Risk management:Identifying potential risks in the supply chain, developing mitigation strategies, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Cost management:Identifying opportunities to reduce logistics costs, negotiating with vendors, and optimizing resource allocation to minimize expenses.
• Technology implementation:Integrating new technologies and business processes to improve logistics operations and enhance efficiency.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
