We are currently seeking an experienced Operation Specialist to join our Ocean Freight Department. We are looking for an individual with a strong background in ocean freight operations and a passion for delivering efficient, compliant, and customer-focused logistics solutions.


Key Responsibilities


  • Preparing service agreements, receiving bookings, opening files, and monitoring existing files to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Managing export operations end-to-end in a complete, accurate, and timely manner.
  • Working to increase operational profitability and efficiency in line with defined targets.
  • Contributing to the achievement of operational and financial objectives defined within the annual budget.
  • Ensuring control, correction, and resolution of any missing and/or incorrect invoicing issues during the operational process.
  • Monitoring and following up on required authorization documents and certificates related to the relevant product.
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and service providers.
  • Responding to customer requests as quickly and accurately as possible in accordance with the company’s management policies, ensuring continuity of service standards.
  • Following up on customs procedures and related documentation.
  • Preparing and ensuring the timely and accurate submission of requested operational reports.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Solid theoretical and practical knowledge of the logistics industry.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with strong team-working skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to establish and effectively use internal and external business networks.
  • High level of attention to detail with strong follow-up and organizational skills.
