Urgent Hiring – Operation Specialist / Officer

Tadbeer Recruitment is expanding its team in Saudi Arabia, and we are looking for a detail-oriented Operation Specialist / Officer to manage key HR and operational processes for our recruitment operations.

What You’ll Do:
Issue and renew Iqama for employees
Coordinate and manage medical insurance processes
Handle other operational HR responsibilities related to domestic and skilled workforce
Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and company policies
Support recruitment and deployment teams to ensure smooth candidate onboarding

What You Bring:
Strong knowledge of KSA labor regulations and operational procedures
Experience handling Iqama, medical insurance, and employee documentation
Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ﷼4,000.00 - ﷼5,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
