Operation Supervisor

Job Purpose:

Oversee and coordinate all operational activities related to equipment rental, distribution, and project support. Ensure efficient resource management, timely delivery, and continuous improvement to meet organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

 Manage daily operations of equipment rental and distribution for clients and internal projects.  Implement operational plans, allocate tasks, and achieve project goals in coordination with teams.

 Monitor equipment availability, movement, and utilization to support project efficiency.

 Communicate with clients and partners to address operational needs and resolve issues effectively.

 Prepare performance reports, analyze operations, and suggest process improvements.

 Enforce compliance with safety standards and company policies across all operations. Basic

Requirements:

• Education: High School Graduate or higher.

• Years of Experience: 10–15 years in relevant fields.

• Certifications/Licenses (if any): Valid Driving License.

• Language or other skills:

 Fluent in Arabic and English.

 Strong leadership, planning, and organizational capabilities.

 Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

 Advanced problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

 Proficiency in operations management software and reporting tools

Pay: From KD300.000 per month
