The primary responsibility is to provide support in operations related to part M (Continuing Airworthiness Management) and part 145 (Aircraft Maintenance) within the organization. This role involves coordinating with key stakeholders to enhance operations and optimize resources while maintaining the organization’s high standards.
Other key responsibilities are:
Contribute to the development, adjustment, and execution of line maintenance plans, ensuring efficient resource use and timely task completion.
Support cross functional teams in identifying and mitigating operational risks while maintaining high operational standards.
Lead in initiatives aimed at improving the efficiency and effectiveness of technical and operational processes.
Mentor junior engineers and support their professional growth within the organization.
Ensure all operations comply with aviation regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
Identify opportunities for implementing advanced technologies or process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Support MOS (Manager Operation Support) in the discussions recommendations for optimizing technical procedures.
Continuously assess and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency.
Act as liaison between the operations team and external stakeholders including customers and regularities bodies.
Perform other department duties related to his / her position as directed by the Head of the Department.

Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 4 years of job-related experience
Or Diploma or Equivalent (Type of Diploma Based on Role) with Minimum 5 years of job-related experience
Command of English language
Team working and problem solving
Ability to work independently as well as function as part of team
Analyze and evaluate information and draws appropriate conclusion
Can handle responsibilities with ease
