Operation Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced Operations Team Leader to supervise daily warehouse and operational activities, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and service excellence. This role will lead frontline teams across inbound, outbound, and inventory operations, optimize workflows, support continuous improvement initiatives, and maintain high standards of safety and productivity. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong operational knowledge, team management skills, and a drive for results in a fast-paced retail environment.

  • Lead, coach, and supervise warehouse operations teams to achieve productivity and service targets.
  • Coordinate daily activities across receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch operations.
  • Monitor workflows, resolve operational issues, and improve process efficiency.
  • Support performance management through task allocation, coaching, and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, operational procedures, and documentation requirements.
  • Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives


Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in warehouse or retail operations, including 1-2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
  • Experience across multiple warehouse functions such as inbound, outbound, and inventory control.
  • Familiarity with WMS, ERP, and related operational systems.
  • Knowledge of lean principles or continuous improvement practices is an advantage.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
