"Operation Theater Technician"

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare the Operation Theater (OT) and IVF procedure rooms with sterilized instruments, drapes, and required equipment.
• Assist gynecologists, embryologists, anesthetists, and nurses during IVF and other operative procedures.
• Maintain aseptic techniques and infection control standards inside OT and IVF labs.
• Handle and maintain surgical instruments, machines, incubators, suction units, and other IVF-related equipment.
• Ensure proper disposal of biomedical waste as per hospital and regulatory protocols.
• Monitor and manage OT and IVF consumables.
• Provide pre- and post-operative assistance in patient shifting and procedure support.
• Maintain OT/IVF procedure records, instrument checklists, and sterilization logs.
• Report equipment malfunctions immediately to the concerned authority.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma / Degree in Operation Theater Technology (DOTT / B.Sc. OTT) or equivalent.
• Experience in IVF/ART operation theater setups is highly preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in hospital or fertility center setup (freshers may be considered for junior roles).

Salary : 15000 - 20000 Per month
