Operation Theatre Nurse

• Pre-Operative (Before Surgery)
• Patient Preparation: Receive patients, verify details, prepare the surgical site, and provide emotional support.
• Room & Equipment: Stock, sterilize, and set up the operating room with instruments, linens, and supplies.
• Team Coordination: Coordinate with wards, ICU, and CSSD (Central Sterile Services Department) for patient transfers and sterile supplies.
• Intra-Operative (During Surgery)
• Patient Monitoring: Monitor vital signs and ensure patient safety and comfort.
• Surgical Assistance: Provide instruments (as scrub nurse) or supplies (as circulating nurse) to the surgeon, maintain the sterile field, and manage counts.
• Documentation: Accurately record sponge, needle, and instrument counts.
• Post-Operative (After Surgery)
• Patient Recovery: Transfer patients to recovery, provide immediate post-op care, and give care instructions.
• Room Turnover: Clean the operating room, dispose of waste, and prepare for the next surgery.
• Record Keeping: Complete all patient charts and surgical documentation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
